ROLE OVERVIEW
INFUSE is seeking a Customer Success Representative to build strong client relationships and support the successful delivery of client solutions.
The role involves working with clients, internal teams, and sales teams while handling administrative and operational tasks. You will manage multiple priorities and support clients throughout their engagement with INFUSE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions based on client needs and objectives.
• Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and work with sales teams to support business growth.
• Handle challenging client requests and escalations.
• Support administrative and operational activities, including data entry, system updates, and schedule management.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to address client needs.
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience managing client relationships, preferably in customer success, hospitality, sales, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Empathy and a strong understanding of client needs.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
