About the Role
Micro1 is hiring Data Entry Keyers to support an advanced AI benchmark project. You will create and evaluate realistic data entry and validation tasks used to train and assess AI systems.
The role suits professionals with strong data entry, quality assurance, data validation, and data integrity experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Create expert-level data entry and validation tasks for AI evaluation.
• Build and review datasets using CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents.
• Include realistic errors such as missing information, malformed records, and inconsistent formats.
• Define the correct final output and reconciliation requirements for each task.
• Develop detailed grading rubrics with 35+ evaluation criteria.
• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, completeness, and error detection.
• Ensure tasks reflect real-world accuracy, compliance, and data integrity standards.
• Collaborate remotely through clear written and verbal communication.
• Review and refine evaluation materials based on project requirements.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, quality assurance, or data validation.
• Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive areas such as healthcare claims, finance back office, or legal operations is preferred.
• Strong ability to identify data inconsistencies, truncations, and formatting errors.
• Strong written English and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong process and quality-control skills.
• Experience working with compliance-sensitive or accuracy-critical data.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous AI experience is not required.
Compensation
$20 to $35 per hour.
Payment is output-based. Experts receive payment per task completed according to project requirements. Minimum weekly submission requirements apply.
Start Timeline
Selected candidates are expected to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing onboarding.
