THE ROLE
Spiralyze is hiring a Junior Analytics Specialist to analyze client website data, identify data issues, support reporting, and help identify opportunities for A/B testing.
This role suits an early-career analytics professional with strong Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and an interest in learning different analytics and CRM platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze client website data and prepare reports using Google Sheets, GA4, CRM platforms, and other analytics tools.
• Investigate data anomalies and identify possible root causes.
• Work with project managers to gather reporting requirements and adjust reports based on client needs.
• Maintain an organized database of reports and documentation.
• Analyze website data to identify opportunities for A/B testing and conversion improvement.
• Work across different client tools and platforms as required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong data literacy and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience, with around 1 year of analytics experience preferred.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with Google Analytics 4.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
• Previous experience in web analytics or conversion rate optimization.
