Management Analyst at Micro1

About the Role

Micro1 is hiring Management Analysts (Consultants) to support a customer project focused on business strategy, structured problem-solving, and executive communication.

You will apply your business and analytical expertise to support the development of next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex and ambiguous business problems and develop clear, actionable frameworks.
• Gather and synthesize unstructured information into concise insights and recommendations.
• Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct basic quantitative analysis in Excel to support recommendations and validate hypotheses.
• Communicate findings clearly through written and verbal communication.
• Collaborate with project leads to refine deliverables and align work with client objectives.
• Work independently within a remote project environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a strategy analyst, management consultant, or in a similar business advisory role.
• Strong ability to turn unstructured information into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working independently on remote projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver concise, high-quality work.

AI experience is not required. Micro1 values relevant domain expertise in business strategy, analysis, consulting, and communication.
