About the Role
Coalition Technologies is hiring a Remote Digital Producer / Digital Project Manager to manage SEO, web design, web development, and digital marketing accounts.
The role involves coordinating clients and internal teams, managing project timelines and deliverables, reviewing project work, and supporting digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple SEO, web design, web development, and digital marketing projects.
• Coordinate client communication, meetings, project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work with internal teams to define project objectives and requirements.
• Review project deliverables for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Maintain project management systems, tasks, timelines, and client records.
• Assist with project estimates, resource planning, and risk management.
• Organize internal strategy meetings and client calls.
• Identify opportunities for SEO, PPC, website, and digital marketing improvements.
• Support account growth through additional service recommendations.
• Monitor digital marketing trends and relevant web solutions.
• Help close projects and support final payment collection where required.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, account management, client management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of web development or online marketing, including SEO or PPC.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organization, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of project management methods, resource allocation, risk management, and work planning.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Basecamp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of web design, usability, and digital production workflows.
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
• Reliable computer, microphone, internet connection, and power supply for remote work.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or PHP.
• Experience with photo or video editing tools.
• Experience with SEO, Google Ads, PPC, or digital marketing strategy.
• Experience recommending additional services to clients.
• Experience working with designers, developers, SEO specialists, or digital marketing teams.
