The Role
Spiralyze is hiring a Video Editor to create polished LinkedIn content focused on A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, design, and digital marketing.
You will edit founder-led content featuring talking-head footage, screen recordings, website examples, captions, charts, and motion graphics.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit short-form LinkedIn videos, typically 30 seconds to 3 minutes
• Turn raw footage into polished social media content
• Add captions, callouts, screenshots, charts, zooms, and simple motion graphics
• Apply consistent color grading
• Improve audio quality through basic sound design and leveling
• Present business and data-heavy topics in a clear visual format
• Create strong openings that capture attention within the first few seconds
• Repurpose long-form recordings into shorter clips
• Maintain a clean, premium, data-driven visual style
• Work with a U.S.-based team and respond effectively to feedback
Requirements
• 2+ years of professional video editing experience
• Strong portfolio of social media video content
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy
• Experience editing talking-head, educational, business, or similar content
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
• Good written English
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or technology content
• Motion graphics or After Effects experience
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and YouTube video formats
• Interest in A/B testing, CRO, UX, or digital marketing
